Me complace convocarte a la Junta General Ordinaria de Socios de “MOUTERS CITYBIKE BCN, SL” (“la Sociedad”), que se celebrará a las 18h del próximo 30 de junio del 2022, para tratar las cuestiones que conforman el Orden del Día a continuación detalladas. La Junta se llevará a cabo mediante medios telemáticos (VideoConferencia), a cuyo efecto se les remitirá, con antelación mínima de 24horas a la fecha prevista para su celebración y mediante el correo electrónico facilitado por cada socio a la Sociedad, el correspondiente identificador de la sesión para su conexión telemática.

Hi,By means of the present communication I ́m glad to call you for the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of “MOUTERS CITYBIKE BCN, SL” (“the Company”), to be held next 30th June 2022 at 6pm to discuss the Items which confirm the Agenda below detailed. According to the provisions of article 15 of the Company ́s Articles of Association the Meeting will be held through the use of telematic means (Video Conference) to which purpose it will be send to you, with a minimum 24 hours prior notice and by means to the e.mail confirmed by each shareholder to the Company, the link so you can attend the telematic meeting.
